HPB presents: Neutrals and Neons.

Ciao ragazze!

Per il mese di maggio sono stata presa di sorpresa dal tema scelto per il link up di Hobby Polish Bloggers, i colori "neutri e neon" non riuscivano ad abbinarsi nella mia testa:) allora ho optato per qualcosa di semplice, molto "geometrical" e per una tecnica che non avevo ancora provato.

This month I was quite challenged with a May link up theme of Hobby Polish Bloggers. "Neutrals and neons" just didn't combine very well in my mind:) so at the end I did something very easy, geometrical usining a technique that I haven't tried yet.

Per questa manicure ho usato
For this mani I used
la base Deborah Rafforzatore 03 Rose,
Layla Ceramic Effect CE 46
Layla One Coat num. 24 "Alexander",
Yes Love G9-4
Lady Venezia 01
Essence Wave goddess 01
Top coat Essence Quick dry
Ho usato anche un tappetino in silicone, preso da un negozio cinese "Tutto a un'euro" (sarebbe fatto per le torte;).
I also used a silicone mat bought in a chinese shop "all for 1 euro" (it is supposed to be a baking or pastry mat;)

Ho fatto la manicure usando il bianco come base per il giallo neon (i miei neon sono un po' trasparenti) ed il nude color latte macchiato di Layla che è autolivellante e facile da stendere, per le unghie centrali dove volevo posizionare le strisce.
I made a manicure using a white nail polish as a base for a yellow neon polish (my neons are very sheer) and a very nice and easy to apply nude by Layla - a "latte macchiato" color for my fingers with a future stripes design.

Sul tappettino ho steso i tre smalti neon formando dei piccoli rettangoli, ho aspettato qualche minuto e li ho staccati quando erano ancora un po' elastici, prima che si asciugassero del tutto.

Ho poi ritagliato delle strisce di larghezza diversa e le ho applicate sul medio e l'anulare in verticale lasciando metà dell'unghia libera.

In fine ho messo il top coat ed ecco il risultato.
At the end I put a top coat and here is the result.

Ancora non so esprimermi su questa manicure: a volte mi piace a volte non me la spiego:)))
